KLM's maintenance division lacked a dedicated platform for airline customers. A customer portal was designed to provide self-service access to important information while reducing the workload of internal teams.

An experimental interaction design project that uses music to create emotional awareness of renewable energy. By connecting live sunlight data to sound, the project encourages users to experience environmental rhythms in a new and meaningful way.

Behind the canvas
I'm Kelly, a Digital Designer from South Africa, currently based in the Netherlands. I enjoy turning ideas into meaningful digital experiences through storytelling, concept development, and human-centred design.
What excites me most is the moment an abstract idea begins to take shape. I love exploring possibilities, connecting insights, and transforming concepts into experiences that people can understand, enjoy, and remember.
My journey into UX started by noticing how often friends and family struggled with everyday technology. Their frustrations sparked my curiosity about why digital experiences felt difficult and how thoughtful design could make them simpler, more intuitive, and more human.
Whether I'm designing a service, an interface, or an interactive experience, my goal is always the same: create something that solves a real problem while leaving a lasting impression.
